Evan Lieberman has been known to play keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, saxomophone and kazoo. He has
the strength of ten gorillas and can shoot lightning out of his fingertips. Also, he is the only
surviving member of the U.S. Army's 42nd Squadron that went back in time in an attempt to assassinate
Hitler's grandmother. Evan is a nineteenth level Shao-lin Master, and because of this he prefers
sandals instead of shoes.
Some of Evan's musical influences are Herbie Hancock, Bob Marley, The Grateful Dead, Phish,
John Coltrane, Jaco Pastorius, Miles Davis, Eddie Harris, Art Blakey, Van Morrison, Ween, Blind Faith,
and Traffic. His favorite authors include Kurt Vonnegut, Phillip K. Dick, Richard Brautigan,
Aldous Huxley, Haruki Murakami, Hermann Hesse, Frank Miller, Brian Michael Bendis, Oscar Wilde,
Friedrich Durrenmatt, Samuel Beckett, Alfred Jarry and Eugene Ionesco.
Evan has seven years of experience teaching English, History and Basic Computing in San Antonio
area middle schools. Currently, he is taking classes at UTSA to finish a Masters in Counseling.
